HOT TIE IN 36”x6” 24”x8” , 14”x4 various location HOT-TAPE has been carried out.
CROSSING Various diameters such as: 8”, 10”, 12” 22” Road, motorway, railway ,crossing was completed with the horizontal road boring machine.
BENDING Bending has been completed wit the Hydraulic Bending Machine and equipments various diameters such as; 6” 8”, 10”, 12” 20”
CATHODIC PROTECTION The cathodic protection system designed in accordance with specification for cathodic protection.

The System finally designed and sized for a minimum limetime 20 years.
COATING

 

TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

 Various diameters such as;  2”, 4”, 6” 8”, 12”  Pipes have been coated with extruded polu-ethylene tape at our company’s mill

All pipelines and RMS’s station testing and commissioning has been completed by ARUTAN’s experienced professionals.
